Papaya with White Fungus

Ingredients
  • 90g White Fungus
  • 300ml Milk
  • Wolfberries
  • 20 Red Dates
  • Half a Papaya
Method
  1. Wash the white fungus, red dates and wolfberries and put aside.
  2. Dice the papaya into small cubes.
  3. Using a Corningware® 1.25L Covered Casserole, add in a suitable amount of water. Then, add in white fungus, red dates and wolfberries to cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Lastly, add in the papaya cubes.
  5. Serve in a Corelle® 450ml Bowl.
