 | Hi, I love the new design of the cups and saucers range. It is a pity that it does not come with the teapot. I am a collector of the plum series and would definitely hope to see the new range in the plum series. It would be a bonus point if World Kitchen could bring back the teapot range.

| | Hi, when my sister came back from usa 12 years ago, she bought for herself this lovely diner set that make me `in love with it'. I know this set is quite expensive coz I can't afford to buy it. But on year 2002, we went to Pulau Langkawi (duty free) and I got some bonus, I bougt to myself, 2 sets of corelle that make me proud of it until now. My 5years daughter also, when she look at the advertising, she will mention, `Look mum, this is our dinner set" with loud & proud.

| | I cooked my soup in a 5L - CORNINGWARE. My husband took it out and reheat it. He had forgotten all about it. When I came home from work, I smelled something was burning and ran into the kitchen. My God, my CORNINGWARE... and luckily nothing happened to my CORNINGWARE but the soup turned into charcoal. My poor CORNINGWARE was on the gas stove for 3 hours. Maybe, that is a simple & small thing with your company. But, with me, it is very important. And the most important thing, which I would like to share with you, is my impression on the customer care of your distributor in Vietnam. I was really impressed on their caring. As soon as I sent the mail, I received the helping notice from them. They instructed me to buy a new one. However, in Hanoi, there was no more standby cover for the 2,25l Vision pot. Immediately, as my feedback, your distributor - Ms Hanh, in Saigon, phoned me to find out the way to solve the issue. And then, I would have the new one which I was looking for. That is out of my imagination. This is my first time; I’ve ever received the enthusiasm helping from the seller like that. I greatly appreciated her helping, which the customer like me has no much chance to receive with other brands. I would like to tell you that you are having the wonderful distributor. With their distribution, your brand name will be getting closer & closer to Vietnam customers.
