Prawn Orange Basket

- 1 Orange
- 1 Dragon fruit
- 1 Mango
- Some Prawns
- 300ml Yoghurt
- 20ml Apple Vinegar
- Salt to taste

- Bring water to boil in a Visions® 1.5L Covered Saucepan and add in the prawns. Leave over slow fire for 2 to 3 minutes and transfer prawns to soak in cold water after cooked.
- Drain away the cold water and transfer prawns to a Pyrex® Storage Plus 250ml Round Dish with Plastic Cover. Add in apple vinegar, salt and placed inside the fridge.
- Cut the mango and dragon fruit into bite-size cubes.
- Cut off 1/3 of the orange and remove the flesh inside to prepare it as a basket to hold the fruits and prawns. Place the grapefruit basket on a Corelle® 290ml Dessert Bowl.
- Place the dragon fruit and mango into the orange basket. Add in the right amount of yoghurt based on personal preference and top off with the prawns.
