Prepare some piping hot stew or baked casserole for your family this holiday season with these 2 simple and easy to follow recipes. |

Stewed Vegetables

- 4 Big Tomatoes
- Red, Green & Yellow Capsium, 1 each
- 1 Onion
- 500g of Your Favourite Vegetable
Making the Sauce
- 3 tablespoon Tomato Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 6 tablespoon Cheese Powder
- 1 tablespoon Italian Herbs

- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Wash all the vegetables, cut to same measurements of around 3cm each.
- Place all the vegetables into a Corelle® Light Square 1.4L Casserole and pour the sauce prepared in advance over.
- Place in the microwave and heat for 9 minutes.
- Turn the vegetables in the casserole slightly and sprinkle some cheese powder on top. Placed into preheated oven and baked for 5 minutes. Dish is ready to serve once top turns slightly brown.
